where do some folk farm these rare rare swords? i cannot afford one

but i would LOVE to have one...just dont have a clue to where i can farm for a long long time... i was told once that the ettins carry them..thanks in advance on any information...or even sundering items etc

the chests in HoH drop like everything^^
so all kinds of weapons, but the rare ones of course not that often.

Are crystalline swords the ones that look like glass? I've picked up a few before but they were just regular swords. Besides the fact the looked really cool, the ones I found were pretty crappy.

I'm not sure if Crystallines can drop regularly from the enemies in FoW, however I've seen two purples pop from the chest of the initial quest.

Crystaline's drop anywhere from Ascalon to Ring of Fire. Your best chances of getting a nice max. damage Crystaline (chances being increased from like 0.001% to 0.1%) are checking out chests and killing things in the Southern Shiverpeaks, UW/FoW, Ring of Fire and winning Hall of Heroes.
